1. Introduction

Welcome to WatchCraftProTop! These Terms of Use govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of luxury watch manufacturing and repair services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms and commit to fully comply with them.

2. Service Eligibility

2.1. Client Information – Our services are available to individuals and businesses who need luxury watch manufacturing, repair, and restoration services. When scheduling appointments, we ask for information about your timepiece to ensure appropriate service.
2.2. Registration – A prior registration and confirmation by WatchCraftProTop is required for our services. You are obligated to provide correct and current information.
2.3. Conduct Guidelines – We expect professional behavior during our consultations and interactions. Any form of discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate communication may result in termination of services.
2.4. Confidentiality – Clients commit to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information shared during our service sessions.

3. Appointment Booking and Payment

3.1. Service Bookings – Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person and are binding after our written confirmation.
3.2. Payment Terms – Service fees are due at the time of consultation or after completion of repair services. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and debit cards.
3.3. Business Invoices – For bookings by businesses requiring comprehensive watch services, separate payment terms may be agreed upon as set forth in the respective contract.
3.4. Cancellation Terms – For cancellations up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, no fee will be charged. For cancellations within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of CHF 250 may apply. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

4. Service Delivery and Changes

4.1. Service Planning and Execution –

  • WatchCraftProTop reserves the right to change the availability of services, times, and watchmaking experts.
  • In case of unavailability of certain watch services, an appointment may be rescheduled.
  • Changes to appointments will be communicated to clients as early as possible.
    4.2. Service Materials – All created service reports, documentation, and digital records are processed according to legal requirements. We maintain records of serviced timepieces as legally required, but the timepieces and any original parts belong to the clients themselves.

5. On-Site Services and Special Requests

5.1. Registration – For on-site watch services and special appointment requests, separate registration conditions apply that are communicated before booking and are binding.
5.2. Cancellation Terms – Cancellations for on-site services must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For later cancellations, a fee of CHF 450 will be retained.
5.3. Service Limitations – For certain specialized watch services, we reserve the right to decline service due to technical limitations, condition concerns, or availability of parts.

6. Liability Disclaimer and Warranty

6.1. Liability – WatchCraftProTop is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of our employees or watchmaking experts. We assume no liability for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Our watchmakers thoroughly inspect each timepiece but cannot be held responsible for undisclosed previous repairs or modifications. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their timepiece's history.

7. Property and Premises

7.1. Use of Premises – Our workshop and consultation rooms are to be treated with care. The person causing damage is liable for intentional damage.
7.2. Valuables – We maintain strict security measures for all timepieces in our care. Each piece is fully insured while in our possession.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is conducted according to our separate privacy policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms of Use and should be carefully read.
8.2. Service Records – We maintain detailed records of all services performed. These records are kept confidentially and securely in accordance with privacy regulations.

9. Return Policy

9.1. Service Satisfaction – At WatchCraftProTop, we stand behind the quality of our watch manufacturing and repair services. Our return policy is designed to ensure complete client satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of Swiss watchmaking excellence.

9.2. Return Eligibility – For custom manufactured timepieces:

  • Custom watches are crafted to individual specifications and are generally non-returnable
  • In case of manufacturing defects, we offer full repair or replacement within the warranty period
  • Design changes after production has begun are not grounds for returns
  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced

9.3. For Repair Services:

  • All repairs carry a 24-month warranty against defects in workmanship
  • If a repair fails within the warranty period, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost
  • Original parts replaced during service are returned to the client upon request
  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable even if repair services are declined

9.4. Exceptions:

  • Issues arising from improper use or handling after service
  • Damage caused by unauthorized third-party interventions
  • Normal wear and tear of components
  • Aesthetic preferences that don't affect functionality

9.5. Process for Claims:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of service completion
  • The timepiece must be returned to our workshop for inspection
  • Original service documentation must be provided
  • Our master watchmakers will assess each claim individually

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms of Use are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of WatchCraftProTop, insofar as legally permissible.
